Owen and the pageant

I find the last sentence of Chapter 4 funny,because when Owen is about to walk inside and Dan starts singing, "Hark! the herald angels sing, 'Glory to the newborn King!' ", I commented "The 'little Lord Jesus' gets his glory, all right." It's also ironic how Owen is the Baby Jesus and The Ghost of Christmas Future because Jesus and a ghost are opposites. That gives the scenes a hypocritical feel to them, as Owen is the Baby Jesus, doing Christ-like acts, then is a Ghost almost like he was sent from the devil.
